Vernissage Boes Ann
During our second vernissage series, we were blessed throughout February to have the striking works of Anna Bonet exhibited at the hotel. Many came to gather and enjoy her photography, whilst sipping on a signature welcome drink made with blackberries and Raicilla.
Anna’s oversized canvases occupied all three floors of the hotel, beginning with a video installation of her travels in the lobby. The short film exposed real African tribal jewelry, setting an atmospheric mood as viewers followed the emotive imagery all the way up to the RoOf.
At the panoramic RoOf bar, her largest piece sold right before sunset on day one, a successful day to be celebrated by all. Not to mention that it was also Anna’s Birthday!
