The newest addition to Distrito Panamera is the RoOf Sunset Bar – We’d like to reveal to our dearest friends, the most magnificent sunsets over the infinite jungle of Tulum. Best enjoyed with the finest classic cocktails paired with an exceptionally well-composed menu curated by cutting-edge Chef Kane William Sorrells. Our favorite DJ's will occupy the space weekly, guiding you into the star drenched night, whilst you gaze at the most brilliant phases of the moon.

“ U N I V E R S U M ” X RoOf
The time has finally come!
The weekend of the 20th, we are collaborating with international Photographer, Mario Botta (@illtakeyouto) to present a weekend like we’ve never seen before here at Distrito. ‘Universum: A travel through space, worlds and dimensions.’ is an immersive photographic series, created by Mario Botta and we’ll be displaying his work here at the hotel to celebrate the launch of the Panamera RoOf. All of the art pieces will be available for sale for one month, prices by request.
The first bite was already something different!
The vibrant menu is categorized into three groups: Raw, Grilled and Tostada. Kane has mastered a skill for bringing together the most common local ingredients to create a marquee of the senses. The plates are not only incredibly pretty to look at, no, they entice you to absolutely want to try more. This menu like a colorful box of chocolates we do not want to deprive you!
