When fire-cooking master, Roberto Madero, takes over the beach it’s a feast for all of the senses. Watch as he works his unusual cooking method to create mouthwateringly tender meat, fish and vegetable dishes like you’ve never seen before.
Tatemado ClayFish + Workshop
It all kicked off with the clay fish demo, where guests encapsulated fresh fish to be steamed by the heat of the fire. The result was light, juicy meat with an irresistible aroma of fresh herbs, lemon and garlic. Served with equally special side dishes and salsas, everybody left the hotel with happy bellies and new skills to try at home.
